Where does my order ship from?
US residents typically receive their printful goods from domestic fulfillment centers located in Dallas, Texas and Charlotte, North Carolina.
How to check: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the specific tracking information and shipping origin.
Routing Logic: While they aim for the closest facility, orders may ship from a different location based on stock availability or to avoid delays.
Common Locations: In addition to the US (e.g., North Carolina), many items are fulfilled in Europe (Latvia/Spain) or the UK, depending on where they are ordered from.
When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3ā5 days to fulfill an order, after which itās shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location but can be estimated as follows:

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!
Will customs charge me for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
Ask your local post office if they have your package
Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighborās, contact us at eltonbrownephotography.com/contact with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

How are your products made?
We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
How do I track my order?
Youāll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at eltonbrownephotography.com/contact
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
Weāre so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at eltonbrownephotography.com/contact within a week's time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. Weāll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Returns
Whatās your return policy?
In general we donāt offer returns and exchanges, but if thereās something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at eltonbrownephotography.com/contact!
However, there are exceptions:
Printful covers return shipping and replacement costs only for defects, damage, or manufacturing errors reported within 30 days of product receipt.
For buyerās remorse, wrong sizes, or address issues, you must pay for a new order and shipping.
Returns are sent to the facility and can be reshipped for a fee.

Return Eligibility:
New and unopened items are eligible for return. However, certain products are final sale and cannot be returned. These include, but are not limited to, gift cards, personalized items, perishable goods such as food, clearance items and opened hygiene products.Key Return Cost Details:
Defective/Damaged Items: Free replacement or refund.
Size Exchanges/Buyer's Remorse: No returns allowed for these reasons. You must place a new order at your own expense.
Unclaimed/Returned Packages: If a package is returned to a facility (e.g., wrong address), you are responsible for the shipping cost to reship it.
Return Storage: Returned items are stored at a cost of 15 USD.
Return label: Download &print label will be included with your order.
Return of digital images, downloads, or digital services is not possible.
Item Condition Requirements:
To eligible for return, items must be unused, in their original packages, with all tags and accessories included.
Key Return Policy Requirements
Damaged/Defective Items: Claims submitted within 30 days of receipt are covered at Printful's expense.
Lost Packages: Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Requirements for Reporting: You must provide a detailed description and clear photos showing the issue.
Returns Policy for Customers: Printful does not offer refunds or returns for buyerās remorse (e.g., wrong size/item).
Unclaimed/Wrong Address: Shipments returned due to incorrect address or lack of pickup are returned to the Printful facility, and you will be responsible for reshipment costs.
Return Address: The default return address is 217 Wrangler Drive, Coppell, Texas, 75019.
If a custom address is used, you are responsible for managing returned items.Unclaimed Returns: Returned items not claimed within 30 days are donated to charity.
How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return, contact us at https://eltonbrownephotography.con/contact or elton@eltonbrownephotography.com with your order number. Once approved, weāll send return instructions. Please include your receipt or order confirmation and package the items securely.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at eltonbrownephotography.com/contact with photos of wrong/damaged items and weāll sort that out for you.
We do not offer refunds for digital images, downloads, or digital services.
What is the refund time frame?
Printful requires claims for damaged, defective, or misprinted items to be submitted within 30 days of product delivery. Once a returned item is received, inspected, and approved, refunds are processed, usually appearing in your bank account within 3-7 business days.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If youāre unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing chartsāwe have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If thatās the case, please let us know at eltonbrownephotography.com/contact within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and weāll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Wrong Address - If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).
We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks wonāt be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
